Submit your short film for a chance to be showcased at the QMUL-CU "The Ties That Bind Us" Film Festival and possibly screened at this year's UK Asian Film Festival!
We're looking for films that explore identity, love, family, and belonging stories that capture the emotional journey of finding home and connection.

Film must have a cultural connection to South Asia or South Asian talent in leading creative or production roles. Modern definitions of South Asia include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka as the constituent countries.Selection preference would be given to Indian premiers. These are films that will be screened publicly for the first time in India. All film submissions should be 10 minutes or under. Films containing propaganda and hatred or division speech will automatically be disqualified. For the selection process, the acceptable film format is DCP. The Film Festival may also require DVD, Blue-ray or MP4. We would appreciate if submissions had additional YouTube or Vimeo link to view the media. There is no entry charges for the submissions
