Conference aims to recognize and connect extraordinary women across all sectors, bridging traditional wisdom with contemporary innovation.
About the Competition
- Open to individual designers and design students globally
- No age restrictions
- Bharatiya Vidvat Parishat members and their immediate family members are not eligible
- Participants under 18 must have parental consent
- All participants will receive certificates
- Submission Deadline 10 August 2025, 11:59 PM IST
- Winner Announcement: 15 August 2025
- Your design should artistically capture the spirit of women's role in nation-building, their strength, resilience, unity and their vital contribution in weaving India's diverse cultural fabric.

- Portrait orientation preferred

Entry Requirements
- All submissions must be original and created specifically for this contest
- Designs must not infringe on any existing copyrights or trademarks
- No stock images, fonts, or pre-existing design elements allowed
- Submissions should be appropriate and respectful to the theme
Intellectual Property Rights
- Winning Design: Complete ownership and copyright transfer to Bharatiya Vidvat Parishat
- Non-winning Entries: Participants retain ownership but grant limited usage rights to the organization for promotional purposes
- By submitting, participants confirm they have full rights to their design
- Participants warrant that their submission is original and does not violate any third-party rights
Selection Process
- Designs will be evaluated by a panel of design experts and program stakeholders
- Decisions of the judging panel are final and binding
- No individual feedback will be provided on submissions
Recognition & Certificates
- All participants will receive e-certificates of participation
- Selected entries may be displayed at the conference venue and online
