This quiz is organised to celebrate National Technology Day in collaboration with MyGov and the Technology Development Board (TDB). It aims to enhance public awareness about India’s scientific achievements and technological innovations, especially those supported by TDB. Participants will be tested on their knowledge of India’s tech journey through multiple-choice questions in either Hindi or English.

Terms and Conditions

1. पात्रता: यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है। / Eligibility: The quiz is open to all Indian citizens.

2. प्रारंभ: क्विज़ प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ बटन पर क्लिक करने के तुरंत बाद शुरू हो जाएगी। / Quiz Commencement: The quiz will begin immediately after the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button.

3. उद्देश्य: यह क्विज़ प्रतिभागियों की भारत की वैज्ञानिक और तकनीकी प्रगति, विशेष रूप से टेक्नोलॉजी डेवलपमेंट बोर्ड (TDB) द्वारा समर्थित नवाचारों और राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी दिवस की भावना के प्रति जागरूकता को परखने के लिए है। / Purpose: The quiz is designed to assess participants’ knowledge and awareness about India’s scientific and technological advancements, particularly celebrating innovations supported by the Technology Development Board (TDB) and the spirit of National Technology Day.

4. भाषा विकल्प: यह क्विज़ अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है। / Language Options: The quiz is available in both English and Hindi.

5. प्रमाण पत्र: सभी प्रतिभागियों को सहभागिता का प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा। / Participation Certificate: All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

6. प्रारूप: क्विज़ में 10 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंक का होगा। प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ पूरा करने के लिए 300 सेकंड दिए जाएंगे। कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं है। / Quiz Format: The quiz will comprise 10 (ten) multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark. Participants will have 300 seconds to complete the quiz. There is no negative marking.

7. पहली बार भाग लेने वाले: नए उपयोगकर्ताओं को भाग लेने के लिए आवश्यक विवरण भरना होगा। विवरण जमा करके और क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी विजेता घोषित होने की स्थिति में संपर्क किए जाने की अनुमति देते हैं। / First-Time Participants: New users must fill in the required details for participation. By submitting these details and participating in the quiz, the participants consent to being contacted if declared a winner.

8. तकनीकी समस्याएं: आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होंगे जो तकनीकी समस्याओं या आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर के कारण खो गई हों, देर से आई हों, अधूरी हों या प्रेषित न हो सकी हों। सबमिशन की पुष्टि प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं मानी जाएगी। / Technical Issues: The organizers will not be held responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to technical errors or issues beyond the organizers’ control. Submission confirmation does not constitute proof of receipt.

9. संशोधन का अधिकार: आयोजकों को किसी भी समय, बिना पूर्व सूचना के, नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन या उन्हें रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। / Right to Amend: The organizers reserve the right to amend or cancel the terms and conditions of the quiz at any time, without prior notice.

10. अयोग्य प्रतिभागी: क्विज़ के आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी और सहयोगी तथा उनके निकट संबंधी इसमें भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं। / Ineligible Participants: Employees and associates directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

11. न्यायप्रियता: किसी भी अनुचित साधन का उपयोग, जैसे कि किसी और के नाम से भाग लेना, एक ही प्रतिभागी की कई प्रविष्टियां देना या कोई अन्य धोखाधड़ी, अयोग्यता का कारण बनेगी। इस संबंध में आयोजकों या किसी नामित एजेंसी का निर्णय अंतिम होगा। / Fair Play: Any use of unfair means including but not limited to impersonation, multiple entries from the same participant, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification. The decision of the organizers or any designated agency shall be final in such matters.

12. अंतिम निर्णय: क्विज़ से संबंधित आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा। / Final Decision: The decision of the organizers regarding the quiz will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

13. न्याय क्षेत्राधिकार: इस क्विज़ से संबंधित सभी विवाद और कानूनी शिकायतें दिल्ली न्यायालय क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत आएंगी। इस प्रक्रिया में आने वाले सभी खर्च प्रतिभागियों द्वारा वहन किए जाएंगे। / Jurisdiction: All disputes and legal complaints related to this quiz will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi. Any expenses incurred in this process will be borne by the parties themselves.

14. कानूनी अनुपालन: ये नियम और शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित होंगी, और भारतीय न्यायिक अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए निर्णय बाध्यकारी होंगे। / Legal Compliance: These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, and the judgments passed by Indian judicial authorities will be binding.

15. नियमों की स्वीकृति: क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी यहां दिए गए सभी नियमों और शर्तों, साथ ही बाद में किए गए किसी भी संशोधन को स्वीकार करते हैं। / Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the quiz, participants agree to all the terms and conditions herein, including any modifications or updates made thereafter.
