The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) provides a market mechanism for reorganisation and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms, and individuals in a time-bound manner for maximisation of the value of the assets of such persons, to promote entrepreneurship, availability of credit, and balance the interests of all the parties stakeholders. It is one of the deepest economic reforms of India in recent years. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is a key pillar of the ecosystem responsible for the implementation of the IBC. It is responsible for the development and regulation of insolvency professionals and other service providers. It regulates various processes, namely, corporate insolvency resolution, corporate liquidation, fresh start, individual insolvency resolution and individual bankruptcy. It acts as the ‘Authority’ for the regulation and development of the profession of valuers. To promote awareness and understanding of the IBC among various stakeholders (Indian citizens) across the country, the IBBI has launched this online Quiz in collaboration with MyGov.

Terms and Conditions
- 1. The Quiz is open to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above as on 15th July 2025. Individuals working in IBBI and BSE Investors Protection Fund (permanent and contractual), service providers under the IBC and registered with IBBI, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must self-certify their eligibility and acceptance of the terms. / यह क्विज़ 15 जुलाई 2025 तक 18 वर्ष और उससे अधिक आयु के भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है। IBBI और BSE निवेशक सुरक्षा कोष (स्थायी और संविदात्मक) में कार्यरत व्यक्ति, IBC के अंतर्गत सेवा प्रदाता और IBBI के साथ पंजीकृत व्यक्ति, तथा उनके तत्काल परिवार के सदस्य क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं। प्रतिभागियों को स्वयं प्रमाणित करना होगा कि वे पात्र हैं और इन नियमों व शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।
- 2. Participants must register on the MyGov portal using a valid mobile number and email ID before taking the Quiz. Only one entry per participant is allowed. In case of multiple entries using the same mobile number or email ID, only the first entry will be considered. / प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ लेने से पहले MyGov पोर्टल पर एक वैध मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी के साथ पंजीकरण करना आवश्यक है। एक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार भाग ले सकता है। एक ही मोबाइल नंबर/ईमेल आईडी से कई बार भाग लेने की स्थिति में, केवल पहली प्रविष्टि को ही मान्य माना जाएगा।
- 3. The Quiz is available in both English and Hindi. Participants may choose their preferred language. / क्विज़ अंग्रेजी और हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है। प्रतिभागी अपनी पसंद की भाषा चुन सकते हैं।
- 4. The Quiz consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark. Participants will have 10 minutes to complete the Quiz. There is no negative marking. / क्विज़ में कुल 20 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, जिनमें प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का होगा। प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ पूरा करने के लिए 10 मिनट का समय मिलेगा। कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
- 5. Any form of malpractice such as impersonation or duplicate participation will result in disqualification. / किसी भी प्रकार की अनुचित गतिविधि, जैसे कि प्रतिरूपण या दोहरी भागीदारी, प्रतिभागिता को अमान्य कर देगी।
- 6. Performance will be evaluated based on “Maximum Correct Answers in the Shortest Time”. In case of tie in scores, participants who complete the Quiz in lesser time will be ranked higher. / क्विज़ में प्रदर्शन का मूल्यांकन “सबसे कम समय में अधिकतम सही उत्तर” के आधार पर किया जाएगा। यदि एक से अधिक प्रतिभागियों के अंक समान हैं, तो कम समय में क्विज़ पूरा करने वाले प्रतिभागी को उच्च रैंक दी जाएगी।
- 7. In case of any dispute, the decision of IBBI shall be final and binding. / किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में IBBI का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
- 8. After the closure of the Quiz and before the announcement of results, the winners of cash prizes will be required to provide their identity details. Non-submission of these details will render their participation null and void, and the next best performer will be chosen accordingly. The entries, if any, of cash prize winners of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th National Online Quiz, organised by IBBI in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, respectively, will not be considered for the award of cash prizes. / क्विज़ समाप्त होने के बाद और परिणामों की घोषणा से पहले, नकद पुरस्कार के विजेताओं को अपनी पहचान का विवरण देना होगा। इन विवरणों को प्रस्तुत न करने पर उनकी भागीदारी अमान्य मानी जाएगी और अगला सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शनकर्ता चुना जाएगा। IBBI द्वारा क्रमशः 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 और 2024 में आयोजित प्रथम, द्वितीय, तृतीय, चतुर्थ एवं पंचम राष्ट्रीय ऑनलाइन क्विज के नकद पुरस्कार विजेताओं की प्रविष्टियाँ, यदि कोई हों, तो नकद पुरस्कार के लिए मान्य नहीं होंगी।
- 9. By participating in the Quiz, participants agree that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी यह स्वीकार करते हैं कि उन्होंने उपरोक्त नियम व शर्तें पढ़ ली हैं और उन्हें स्वीकार करते हैं।
